What age groups do you serve?

Typically for ages 3-13 y.o. But we have hosted many parties for teens and adults, too! There are multiple packages to choose from to suit your child’s interests and all packages are tailored to match the age group.

Do all kids participate?

Yes! Every child participates in the hands-on experiments with lab coats and safety glasses.

How many kids can you accommodate?

5 to 100 depending on the package and location.

What do the Little Beakers staff do and what are my responsibilities?

We provide the party room, conduct the lab session and arrange any add-ons requested, including room setup or party favors. You need to arrange for your cake, food, paper goods, celebrating and serving your guests in the party room. We leave you to it!

Can I choose the package?

Yes! Pick from Polymers & Explosions, Dino Parties, Drawing Robots, Forensics, Earthworm Dissection, Owl Pellet Dissection, Shark Dissection, or Frog Dissection.

Dissections & Take-Homes

What is appropriate for my child's age?

All party packages are suitable for all ages from 3 y.o. to adult. Let your selection be guided by your particular interest.

Do kids actually dissect?

Every child will have a 100% hands-on experience with the specimen using safe and age-appropriate tools and equipment. No scalpels or sharp tools will be used during the session. Any cuts requiring the use of a scalpel or other sharp tool will be performed only by Little Beakers staff. Kids may share the specimen depending on the package selected. See package details above.

What do they take home?

Each package includes multiple take-home projects like slimes, specimen 3-D paper models, and microscope slides they made.

What's the finale like?

Pricing & Booking

How much does it cost?

How do I book?

Visit our website to book online or call us to discuss availability and preferences.

Can we bring our own cake and food?

Yes! Bring your own cake, food, and decorations. There is limited freezer space for ice cream only. Refrigerator space is not available.

Are there any restricted items?

You are welcome to bring your own decorations. Note: alcohol, confetti cannons, sparklers, and piñatas are NOT permitted. Tape that is safe for our walls and windows will be provided.

Can I bring an outside professional for hire?

Outside professionals for hire are NOT permitted in the lab before, during or after your event. This includes, but is not limited to: facepainters, balloon artists, photograpers/videographers, and/or musicians.

Safety & Setup

Do you offer drop-off parties?

Parents of the guests may drop off but at least one adult party host must be present for the duration of the party.

How early should we arrive?

We often have back to back parties scheduled. You will have access to your space 15 minutes before your start time. Our team will show you your party room so you can set up. Optionally, you can select our party room setup add-on.

What about allergies or special needs?
